Queste barbarie partono soprattutto dal consenso o silenzio assenso di chi esercita male un potere istituzionale e permette che dei semplici cittadini divengano dei soggetti emarginati e sempre più impoveriti, sino a continuare a riportare i più alti indici di danni alla persona: danni economici, biologici, morali, esistenziali.
I cittadini, per esempio con disabilità procurate da terzi nei posti di lavoro, parecchie volte continuano a non avere possibilità di risarcimento dei danni. Oltretutto in determinati casi, non viene considerato, sia che devono subire le numerose barriere architettoniche, sia che non possono contare sulle risorse di giustizia adeguate, né su un sufficiente personale idoneo per assistere alle loro nuove necessità specifiche.
Tutto questo continua a verificarsi pacificamente, senza vedere destabilizzare le ingiustizie, malgrado sia ben noto che l’educazione democratica e libertaria è una condizione indispensabile per costruire una società basata sulla solidarietà, sull’imparzialità, sull’eguaglianza e sulla giustizia sociale.
Più che seguire la stasi dell’agonia della politica, a questo punto, sarebbe più opportuno che in Italia si tenesse più conto del crescere delle ingiustizie sempre più eclatanti e spesso anche criminali; poiché nelle vicende umane in genere e nella società umana più in particolare, ogni morte violenta causata dall’uomo, soprattutto per la sua insipienza e arroganza, richiama l’indispensabile e urgente necessità di fare puntare su tali problematiche, tutti i possibili riflettori visivi e morali.
Quegli stessi riflettori che permettono di fare apportare ricchezza alla società: ricchezza economica, sociale e culturale. Ciò che di losco viene reso invisibile e quindi non noto, persino facendo fare ricorso al silenzio stampa e che oggi causa sofferenza, distruzione, dolore e morte alle vittime, potrebbe presto trasformarsi nel sociale in autonomia e libertà leale e trasparente.
Questo fattivo cambiamento può regolare una sfera pubblica, offrendo la possibilità di trovare una società migliore che fa davvero avanzare il progresso, in quanto articolata e meno soggetta allo strapotere statale ed economico. Oggigiorno in diverse occasioni abbiamo persino una forte elusione delle stesse norme giuridiche con cui paradossalmente lo Stato, mediante la minaccia di una sanzione (pena), vieta a tutti i cittadini indistintamente determinati comportamenti (reati), classificati ed invocati contrari ai fini che esso persegue.
Constatiamo così che la storia è un vero e proprio campo di battaglia, laddove c’è poco di veramente applicato di quanto lo Stato vieta ai cittadini. Per esempio, quando una vittima è stata costretta a subire uno o più reati penali e danni biologici e poi nonostante abbia denunziato nei termini di legge i fatti illeciti alle autorità del Paese, non vede mai celebrare il relativo processo in tribunale.
Difatti essa constata solo continui rinvii delle relative udienze, sino a vedere il raggiungimento della prescrizione degli stessi reati di lesioni colpose, oltre ai danni alla persona, la vittima riceve una enorme beffa dallo Stato, tanto che nella fattispecie, penso proprio che se ognuna di queste vittima potesse con un miracolo fare provare a qualcuno di noi anche solo per cinque minuti, l’enorme peso dello sconcerto, dell’amarezza, dell’umiliazione, della devastazione e del dolore che va ad aggiungersi a tutto quello che ha già subito dai carnefici, sarebbe terrificante per chiunque e dallo shock lascerebbe senza fiato.
Tenendo conto di tutto questo, si deve anche riconoscere che nella società non c’è nulla di inevitabile, ma molto dipende dai ragionamenti e dalla prevenzione posta in essere da noi stessi cittadini. Per sapere come organizzarci, dobbiamo conoscere in termini di obiettività i necessari concetti che illuminano parecchie verità sostanziali che vengono mantenute segrete col silenzio stampa dai governi che si succedono. Da qui potremmo avere poi la possibilità di contrapporre strumenti adeguati che possano frenare il crimine ei rispettivi criminali impuniti, lasciati oggi agire a ruota libera con una lunga cordata di protezioni politiche cosiddette “amiche”.
Ora, si potrebbe dire, quale è oggi lo stato di salute globale dell’educazione (strumento di pace) e della giustizia del Paese? Dove pensate che sia il tallone di Achille della sporca e marcia politica che a turno dobbiamo subire? Come se ne può uscire fuori da questa palude di illegalità sotterranee per vedere così finalmente realizzarsi per l’Italia un vero progresso?
Le problematiche più scottanti, nelle politiche sociali, educative e di giustizia, laddove tra i criminali si vedono coinvolti anche personaggi autorevoli del Paese, continuano ad essere dimenticate. Non si vede neppure l’ombra di una concreta applicazione della volontà di approfondire la conoscenza dei problemi acuti di infrastruttura. Se le politiche pubbliche, a cominciare da quelle educative, non risolvono in fretta questo caos, credo che neanche i miracoli e le migliori strategie di impiego futuro, potranno evitare un fallimento di ordine pubblico, che si sta accumulando nel tempo e che già oggi ha raggiunto proporzioni incalcolabili.
Ora ci troviamo di fronte ad una subdola arroganza politica che, unitamente al silenzio stampa e all’immobilismo dei governi, frantumano di nascosto i diritti umani e le aspettative di parecchi cittadini lavoratori, che vengono raggirati sino al punto che, talvolta, devono pagare persino con la vita sui posti di lavoro. Ci troviamo di fronte al pericolo più grande e serio che mai avessimo potuto immaginare: il crimine occulto organizzato ei conseguenti reati, lasciati costantemente impuniti.
A chi può fare comodo tutto questo caos, tanto da non fare intervenire fattivamente nessuno con misure urgenti in soccorso delle vittime, se non proprio a coloro che in mezzo a tanto “macello” prodotto nella società, sfruttano cariche politiche e si procurano un continuo illecito arricchimento usando ogni volta programmi elettorali rassicuranti per ingannare gli elettori?

I cittadini, per esempio con disabilità procurate da terzi nei posti di lavoro, parecchie volte continuano a non avere possibilità di risarcimento dei danni. Oltretutto in determinati casi, non viene considerato, sia che devono subire le numerose barriere architettoniche, sia che non possono contare sulle risorse di giustizia adeguate, né su un sufficiente personale idoneo per assistere alle loro nuove necessità specifiche.

Tutto questo continua a verificarsi pacificamente, senza vedere destabilizzare le ingiustizie, malgrado sia ben noto che l’educazione democratica e libertaria è una condizione indispensabile per costruire una società basata sulla solidarietà, sull’imparzialità, sull’eguaglianza e sulla giustizia sociale.

Più che seguire la stasi dell’agonia della politica, a questo punto, sarebbe più opportuno che in Italia si tenesse più conto del crescere delle ingiustizie sempre più eclatanti e spesso anche criminali; poiché nelle vicende umane in genere e nella società umana più in particolare, ogni morte violenta causata dall’uomo, soprattutto per la sua insipienza e arroganza, richiama l’indispensabile e urgente necessità di fare puntare su tali problematiche, tutti i possibili riflettori visivi e morali.

Quegli stessi riflettori che permettono di fare apportare ricchezza alla società: ricchezza economica, sociale e culturale. Ciò che di losco viene reso invisibile e quindi non noto, persino facendo fare ricorso al silenzio stampa e che oggi causa sofferenza, distruzione, dolore e morte alle vittime, potrebbe presto trasformarsi nel sociale in autonomia e libertà leale e trasparente.

Questo fattivo cambiamento può regolare una sfera pubblica, offrendo la possibilità di trovare una società migliore che fa davvero avanzare il progresso, in quanto articolata e meno soggetta allo strapotere statale ed economico. Oggigiorno in diverse occasioni abbiamo persino una forte elusione delle stesse norme giuridiche con cui paradossalmente lo Stato, mediante la minaccia di una sanzione (pena), vieta a tutti i cittadini indistintamente determinati comportamenti (reati), classificati ed invocati contrari ai fini che esso persegue.

Constatiamo così che la storia è un vero e proprio campo di battaglia, laddove c’è poco di veramente applicato di quanto lo Stato vieta ai cittadini. Per esempio, quando una vittima è stata costretta a subire uno o più reati penali e danni biologici e poi nonostante abbia denunziato nei termini di legge i fatti illeciti alle autorità del Paese, non vede mai celebrare il relativo processo in tribunale.

Difatti essa constata solo continui rinvii delle relative udienze, sino a vedere il raggiungimento della prescrizione degli stessi reati di lesioni colpose, oltre ai danni alla persona, la vittima riceve una enorme beffa dallo Stato, tanto che nella fattispecie, penso proprio che se ognuna di queste vittima potesse con un miracolo fare provare a qualcuno di noi anche solo per cinque minuti, l’enorme peso dello sconcerto, dell’amarezza, dell’umiliazione, della devastazione e del dolore che va ad aggiungersi a tutto quello che ha già subito dai carnefici, sarebbe terrificante per chiunque e dallo shock lascerebbe senza fiato.

Tenendo conto di tutto questo, si deve anche riconoscere che nella società non c’è nulla di inevitabile, ma molto dipende dai ragionamenti e dalla prevenzione posta in essere da noi stessi cittadini. Per sapere come organizzarci, dobbiamo conoscere in termini di obiettività i necessari concetti che illuminano parecchie verità sostanziali che vengono mantenute segrete col silenzio stampa dai governi che si succedono. Da qui potremmo avere poi la possibilità di contrapporre strumenti adeguati che possano frenare il crimine ei rispettivi criminali impuniti, lasciati oggi agire a ruota libera con una lunga cordata di protezioni politiche cosiddette “amiche”.

Ora, si potrebbe dire, quale è oggi lo stato di salute globale dell’educazione (strumento di pace) e della giustizia del Paese? Dove pensate che sia il tallone di Achille della sporca e marcia politica che a turno dobbiamo subire? Come se ne può uscire fuori da questa palude di illegalità sotterranee per vedere così finalmente realizzarsi per l’Italia un vero progresso?

Le problematiche più scottanti, nelle politiche sociali, educative e di giustizia, laddove tra i criminali si vedono coinvolti anche personaggi autorevoli del Paese, continuano ad essere dimenticate.
