La difesa contro tale rischio è un dovere di tutti i cittadini e non solo di chi ci governa. Bisogna impedire che i delitti, per proteggere qualche “raccomandato” di qualsiasi genere, restino impuniti!

La difesa vigile della giustizia vera, dell’integrità della persona e della sua dignità a questo punto diviene per tutti indispensabile. L’aumento della delinquenza non deve fare nascondere la testa sotto la sabbia, perché questo non farebbe altro che far moltiplicare le forze ai delinquenti.

Il dolore e la speranza rimangono spesso più vivi nelle sole persone direttamente vittime dei reati impuniti: forse la speranza in questi casi rientra a far parte della forza della disperazione per mantenere in equilibrio le ragioni per vivere. Non dimentichiamo che nell’ambiente equivoco in cui ci fanno vivere oggi gli uomini politici attraverso la loro ignavia, fa finire per essere dispersa nelle direzioni più impensate e diverse l’attenzione di ognuno.

Parlare dei disagi, delle carenze e delle inefficienze sparse qua e là, senza parlare della politica che oggi resta ferma in stallo, è come guardare la coda un po’ rovinata di un pesce senza osservare che ha la testa puzzolente e in decomposizione. A fronte di una politica che non risponde assolutamente alle necessità del cittadino, tutto va a rotoli e di conseguenza anche l’incolumità e la sicurezza della gente diviene sempre più a rischio. Oggi viene offerta al popolo una democrazia che si fonda su molte ipocrisie e inganni con tante apparenze di libertà, tanto che la stessa democrazia è sempre meno sinonimo di un governo del popolo.

Oggi siamo giunti al punto che in parecchi casi non viene neppure più mantenuto un poco di credibilità verso i cittadini elettori, in quanto vengono a mancare diversi meccanismi di garanzia al punto che, come abbiamo sentito alla TV, la gente comincia a mandare segnali di fumo di una giustizia del fai da te. Da quello che vediamo, non viene più neppure salvata la formale rappresentatività dei parlamentari e ancora meno la relativa loro linea politica.

Il popolo oggi ha una sola via di scampo: punire gli ignavi, i corrotti ei malvagi in cabina elettorale. Questa è una operazione di “pulizia”, da quel marciume politico che ci avvelena la vita e la dignità. Attualmente siamo arrivati a vedere usare persino le toghe a fini politici e non per la tutela dell’uguaglianza e pertanto dei diritti di tutti i cittadini, con conseguenti ondate di danni alla società e alla stessa politica.

Come sappiamo tutti, la politica offre l’immunità a certe cariche dello Stato, quando, se andiamo a vedere, proprio a quei soggetti, se rei, dovrebbe essere aumentata la pena, in rapporto alla loro investitura e carica istituzionale. Questo sarebbe giusto per dare esempio di rapporto carica istituzionale-reato. Più la carica dello Stato è onorevole e più il reato diviene grave e non immune da pena!!! Questo è molto più di una vergogna nazionale! In teoria qualsiasi “Pinco Palla” che ha ricevuto primarie cariche dello Stato, potrebbe violare la legge e non potere essere per questo perseguito dalla legge. Questa è ancora civiltà e democrazia? A me non pare.

La legge così impostata perde di credibilità, fiducia, sicurezza. Ho saputo in Francia da un tassista, che vi è il sospetto che in Italia esisterebbe un piano criminale per creare sempre più disordine per poi destabilizzare lo Stato, attraverso una giustizia finta e con la complicità di politici e inquirenti, compiacenti che si presterebbero a questo sporco gioco per una qualche ragione.

Francamente io non so se questo è vero o è falso, ma quello che è incontestabile è il fatto che il caos nel Paese c’è. come viene dimostrato ogni giorno e anche visitando il sito:

Mandiamo un dono ai nostri amministratori della politica

Facciamo in maniera che giunga illuminazione spirituale anche nella buia e confusa politica nazionale. Il buio fitto che c’è in politica per l’assenza d’illuminazione spirituale, continua ad essere spaventoso. Il rimedio non lo si ha senza muovere foglia, ma con la partecipazione di tutti gli uomini che ripudiano il crimine e pertanto la pena di morte, la tortura, l’ingiustizia, l’ipocrisia, la falsità, l’abuso di potere, lo sperpero di denaro pubblico, l’ignavia el’arroganza. Basterebbe anche solo fare applicare “il succo” della seguente riflessione (da diffondere) di Gandhi….
