I know that this name evokes sudden emotions, but my intention is not to pass judgement. It 'a sensitive issue and must therefore be taken with the necessary precautions.

The Biagi law has revolutionized the world of work in Italy by introducing a way that first there were no (telecommuting, part time, working visit, etc..) Or that otherwise had a poor legislation. Leggendola one has the impression of a good law that seeks to reconcile the needs of business and those of workers. E 'inevitable think that trying to bring order within a process in motion (as is for the world of work) is always a difficult and complex!

Now go through all modes of contract which are expressed in the law is an unnecessary intent (also because it is available on the web

http://www.camera.it/parlam/leggi/03030l.htm) but my call is that the law be read and understood it and was drawn the necessary conclusions. Whether it has a positive conception of this man who was killed for his work and try to regulate the dialogue between companies and workers.

This law has led to an avalanche of agreements known as "a project" that everything except projects are! This is a strategy that companies have found to diminish the role of workers! The law was not intended strictly to this outcome. We need to work on, about and that is where is the mistake! Failure to intervene, not dramatically change what happens. The government does not set limits and not toward other types of contracts that are there in the Biagi law and which are not adopted because the contract project is cheaper by the economic side for the company!
